Zach Caldwell
Be careful where and what you do in these locations. Really? Why are these things still on the books? Funny though. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/01/weird-church-laws_n_5398732.html ken barber
Rilbur
... Some of those were just plain wrong.
Zach Caldwell
Yeah some of those makes you wonder what perceived epidemic was going on to warrant said laws.
Anjobranco
So just to keep on topic some more crazy laws. http://observationdeck.io9.com/the-complete-list-of-weird-sex-laws-in-the-u-s-a-1485048155 ken barber
Jeikor
Thank goodness none of the ones from Zach were from Tennessee. However, in the ones from Anjobranco, I broke the one from Tennessee many, many, many times. LOL Anyone know the statutes of limitations on the holding hands in school? A.B
lol hilarious, clearly some of those laws were instituted during the 1800s and never abolished lol ken barber
Rilbur
Heh, some of those laws are poster children for a constitutional amendment that I'd love to push... "All laws automatically lapse 50 years after they are signed into law."
Jeikor
Or at least reviewed for relevance.
Rilbur
Or at least reviewed for relevance. That'd be too easy to turn into a rubber stamp process. This way, you'd have to do the regular politicking all over again. Jeikor
A.B
that can happen anyway you go about it people love to argue...especially when it comes to laws lol Jeikor

Benji
I suddenly want to attend church in Maine just once... I want to see how people react when I bring a shotgun and pronounce "It's the law! I must in case Indians attack!" ken barber
Rilbur
Read the ordinance really closely first. As written, I think you're required to take the shotgun with you if you go during an attack, not to be prepared for an attack.
Benji
Well, to know that, I would actually have to look up the thing and read it in its full context. Although you are probably right... ken barber
