Set aside a time of day -- I usually aim for the hour before bedtime, but that hasn't been working lately so I may have to move it -- and dedicate that towards writing. Even if you just sit down and stare at a blank screen, dedicate that hour of the day to writing. It'll help your mind set aside a 'time frame' where you will get work done. Once you get into the pattern for a while, you'll find you are more effective in that time period, because your mind has learned to set it aside as the writing period.
