techmanjoy
Bright Eyes By: Joesph McManners This is a song I found several years ago and fell in love with quite a while ago. To me it speaks of several things at once. The life we all have inside that as we age grows dimmer and with out often times our dreams left unsought. This is just one of the many things this makes me think of but I want to hear your thoughts. I may disclose more of my own later. Zach Caldwell
Oh dear, what an incredible voice. It touches my heart. Thank you for posting this. I plan to seek out more of his work. Also the lyrics to this song can be found below. Lyrics to Bright Eyes Is it a kind of a dream Floating out on the tide Following the river of death downstream Oh, is it a dream? There's a fog along the horizon A strange glow in the sky And nobody seems to know where you go And what does it mean? Oh, is it a dream? Bright eyes Burning like fire Bright eyes How can you close and fail? How can the light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale? Bright eyes Is it a kind of shadow Reaching into the night Wandering over the hills unseen Or is it a dream? There's a high wind in the trees A cold sound in the air And nobody ever knows when you go And where do you start Oh, into the dark Bright eyes Burning like fire Bright eyes How can you close and fail? How can the light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale? Bright eyes Bright eyes Burning like fire Bright eyes How can you close and fail? How can the light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale? Bright eyes
techmanjoy
Unfortuantely there's not a whole lot. I've been watching for more hopefully and searched a few times. There's about 8 or so videos with him singing. There are also a couple of videos talking about him, interviews and such. If you find more than that please let me know. I search again every year or so but so far I've not turned up much.
Zach Caldwell
I found the following. The first is his amazon.com page and the second is his facebook page and the third link is to his webpage. http://www.amazon.com/Joseph-Mcmanners/e/B002E3Y5LG/ref=ep_artist_tab_glance https://www.facebook.com/pages/Joseph-McManners/22785779896 http://www.josephmcmanners.com/ His facebook page makes mention of a new single or album since his in dreams days. But I have not located it. So not sure if it is still in the works or what. Oh and there is the youtube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY66EgyLX_kinYb4d2A9h4Q
techmanjoy
Awesome. Just a heads up though. The website hasn't changed in years. And there is no news to the subscription. And I actually just sent his Youtube channel a message asking if he is still doing music or not. I've not heard back yet but if I do I'll post here for you. Thanks for the Amazon link. Idk why I've not thought to get on there.
Zach Caldwell
I thought to check IMDB.com when I saw a notation that he was also an actor. The most recent thing there is from 2007. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1796876/ Seems to have dropped off the map. Makes you go hmmmmm. techmanjoy
Yeah. It's really sad. He was an excellent artist. Even as he aged. There is one song by him at 18 "Theories and Empires" but it is the last musical release he has made.
