  1. Wishing you a very happy birthday.

  2. Aw geez. I think that came out wrong. Alan, I always welcome a reply from the author. That's the one thing I enjoy about this forum over many others is that the authors actually participate. I just meant that any questions I posed here in a post were...rhetorical. I think I'm going to shut up now.
  3. When I pose questions in any comment I might make, I don't really expect, nor want the answer from the authors. That would defeat the whole purpose of reading these great stories. My questions are really just thoughts that occur to me as I'm reading, things that I hope to see resolved in subsequent chapters. Maybe another reader will see what I posted and agree with me, or tell me why I'm completely off base. It's sort of "Monday morning quaterbacking" for The Castle!
  4. If I remember correctly, Janet found out that Adam (?) was going to be "terminated" way back when his story started in CSU which lead to her helping him with his escape. I don't think Janet, or any of the other UNIT folks are afraid of a little hell.
  5. Man! We just can't get rid of that Dr. Stamos, can we?
  6. Well that was an unexpected turn of events right at the end there. The last thing Andy needs is being shot, on top of battling leukemia. Thanks for the update!
  7. My first thought was that Janet would never just euthanize those three kids. Even though no one in the Bryce administration or the military chain of command would ever give the go ahead to finish the transformation, I can see Janet bucking them, getting them away from that field hospital, and doing it anyway. We shall see! Great little mini-series, by the way. Kudos to the three authors for another fine job!
  8. I think this is the most emotion I've seen from Chang in a long time when he came face to face with Dr. Marcus, even though he was able to pull it back and think of the mission. Making him pee his pants was a nice touch!
  9. I've not read this before, so it's all new to me. Great story! I am constantly amazed at the ability of the authors here to put words to "paper" that entertain so many. Thanks.
  10. Jack, I was very pleased to see another chapter about Jack and Sam. There is so much to look forward to with opening the new office and Sam starting law school soon. I hope you get the time to give us another chapter soon!
  11. It's pretty ironic that Tom getting beaten...again...may have saved a bunch of folks at his school. Here's hoping that he can be saved emotionally.
  12. I remember these from reading them over at The Doghouse, Cynus. I'm enjoying them all over again! Thanks!
  13. Hey! I kinda got one right with the descendant of Rinaldo thing! That doesn't happen often. Now I have no idea who this large guy with the 10 year old son is who knows Zander. I'm ready for next week!
  14. Let's hope Simon's surgery goes OK in the morning. It would be a shame if he has to remain blind due to his mistreatment. Thanks for the update.
