As I understand it, the stories are available only to those adventurous few who joined the forum and choose to participate. On Halloween, the unwashed masses will get their first chance to read the stories... not all the stories, but only the three stories that we deem worthy. As far as why do the admin team need a week to tally the votes... I don't know... I'm just guessing it has to do with lots of fingers and toes... and what else I do not want to know.
